Hefeng Group started with a simple focus—manufacturing and supplying screws for real construction needs.

Over the past 10 years, we've worked closely with customers across different markets, from North and South America to Southeast Asia. Each market has its own requirements, and over time, we've learned that consistency matters more than anything else in this business.

As a factory-direct supplier, we stay involved in every step—from raw material selection to production and delivery. This allows us to keep quality stable and respond quickly when customers need adjustments, whether it's product performance, coating, or packaging.

Many of our customers began with small trial orders. Some were testing new suppliers, others were solving specific problems on site. As cooperation continued, these initial orders gradually turned into long-term partnerships.

Today, we are working with customers from the United States, Brazil, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Chile, Malaysia, and Indonesia. While the applications may differ, the expectations are often the same—reliable quality, consistent supply, and straightforward communication.

We don't see ourselves as just a screw supplier. For us, the goal has always been to support our customers in keeping their projects and businesses running smoothly.

Hefeng Group operates our own manufacturing facility. The total floor area of the warehouse and the workshop is approximately 5,000 square meters.

Our production is built around efficiency and consistency. From wire drawing and cold heading to thread rolling and heat treatment, each step is handled within our factory to ensure stable quality across different batches.
