1. How do I know your screw quality is reliable?▼
Most of our long-term customers usually start with samples to see how the screws perform in their own applications. From our side, we keep materials fairly standard—C1022a for most carbon steel screws and control the heat treatment carefully, since that’s where many issues tend to happen. Our products are also CE certified. In real use, a good drywall screw should drive smoothly without snapping or stripping.
2. What should we look at when choosing screws?▼
Most buyers usually pay attention to things like pull-out strength, torque, corrosion resistance, and how the screw performs during installation. For example, drywall screws typically require sufficient hardness and torque strength to avoid stripping during installation.
3. Can I mix different screw types in one order?▼
Yes, and actually a lot of distributors prefer doing that. Instead of bringing in one full container of a single item, they’ll mix drywall screws, chipboard screws, maybe some hex head concrete screws depending on their market. We can help you balance the loading if needed.
4. How can I obtain your quotations quickly?▼
At minimum, just tell us what type of screw you’re looking for, the size, and roughly how much you need. If you have photos, drawings, or even samples from your current supplier, that helps speed things up a lot.
5. Do you provide samples before bulk orders?▼
Yes. Samples are available for: Quality testing, Market validation, Tool compatibility checks. We strongly recommend testing before large-volume procurement.
6. Does Hefeng Group do custom packaging?▼
Yes. We’ve done everything from small color boxes to bulk cartons with simple labeling. If you already have packaging references, we can produce packaging that meets your requirements more efficiently.
7. What about lead time?▼
For standard items, it’s usually around 3–4 weeks. For customized orders, it may take 4–6 weeks, especially if special packaging is involved.
8. What are your payment terms?▼
For orders up to USD 5,000, full payment is required in advance. For orders above USD 5,000, we usually work with a 30% T/T deposit, with the balance settled before shipment.
